McGraw-Hill Education (New York) is collaborating with Vantage Learning (New Hope, PA) to develop an artificially intelligent tool to guide students through the entire writing process, and give higher education instructors a way to efficiently and effectively assign and grade writing. The adaptive tool will be embedded into the McGraw-Hill Connect platform for use for writing done in all course areas.

For-profit career college operator Adtalem Global Education (Chicago) in June completed its acquisition of OnCourse Learning’s (Brookfield, WI) financial services division, expanding Adtalem’s financial services portfolio and complement its existing banking and compliance program offerings. Adtalem’s financial services vertical also includes ACAMS, Becker Professional Education and EduPristine. 

Ambassador Education Solutions (Melville, NY), which provides content integration management solutions, in May forged an exclusive partnership with video STEM content and study guides provider ProPrep to help give colleges and universities greater access to resources that can increase students’ interest in STEM courses, help them visualize and practice the subjects, and improve learning outcomes.” With ProPrep, instructotrs can create content collections that align with their own syllabus, as well as the textbook or ebook they have selected for their course. Ambassador is the exclusive distributor of ProPrep’s video content and study guides for career schools in the U.S.
